Located in Dripping Springs, this gorgeous home is just a short drive from Austin and within easy reach to a multitude of restaurants, breweries, wineries, wedding venues, and shopping options.
Offering a private slice of Texas Hill Country, this special Texas Hill Country boasts over 15+ acres of rolling hills that support a rich diversity of native plants and wildlife, some of which are not found outside the region. You may be visited by white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, roadrunners and many species of rare and interesting birds including the golden-cheeked warbler, which nests only in the Hill Country. Dripping Springs is also known as the Official Wedding Capital of Texas, with over 50 venues in the area. This home's central location offers convenient access to many of them.
This immaculately clean home offers a total of 2,450 square feet of living space. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms grace the home (one of the bedrooms being a separate upstairs casita). You will find that up to 17 guests can be easily accommodated. There is nothing better than bringing your group together under one roof! This house boasts a lot of space, so it's perfect for friends, family, a corporate retreat, or your wedding party.
You’ll access the home via the carport entrance and step directly into the main great room, holding living room, kitchen, and dining areas. This main living area is open, bright, and airy featuring vaulted ceilings and new wood flooring throughout.
Living Room: The spacious living room is a great gathering space and offers comfortable furnishings including a sectional sofa that is a full-size sleeper, and a flat-screen TV. This room also offers a foosball table and a wall of French doors for access to the spacious deck, pool area, while allowing for the vast views of the hills.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to whip up your favorite homemade meals. It offers stainless steel appliances including a four-burner electric stovetop and a skylight that brings in wonderful natural light. There is also a convenient kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining Area: This area offers an Austin-made wood table with a matching bench and chair seating for eight. There is also additional bar seating for four.
Master Bedroom — King size bed, full-sized futon, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo. French doors provide patio access, along with views.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, lots of natural light and views; access to a full shared bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Bedroom 3 — Three twin beds, lots of natural light and views; access to the full shared bathroom.
Casita/Bedroom 4 — The casita has exterior access (up a flight of stairs), and offers two queen beds, a full-size futon, Smart TV, and a window A/C unit. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink, while the private bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The casita’s wall of windows provides plenty of natural light and views.
Outdoor/deck areas:
Enjoy the huge back deck and patio offering multiple picnic tables, and the natural landscaping and abundance of mature trees allow for a peaceful setting. You'll be looking at your outdoor fire pit and your sparkling private pool. Spend some time walking and discovering in the many acres of Texas hill country, or challenge your friends or family to a game of ping-pong in the carport or corn hole in the backyard for some fun.
