Desert Door is honored to host Chef Adam Glick (Below Deck, Cutthroat Kitchen, and STOKED) for a special dinner event at our distillery's event space, The Rackhouse, on Friday, March 10th. Chef Adam will create a live-fire dining experience, paired with hand-crafted cocktails by Desert Door. With a focus on hyper-local and sustainably-sourced produce & proteins, this event is not to be missed.

Appetizers:
- Sotol & Oyster shooter

Mains:
- Iron and salt baked whole gulf snapper
- Flat iron steak and chimichurri

About Chef Adam
After more than a decade of sailing around the world as a private yacht chef, Adam Glick has now found his calling as the Adventure Chef. His travels and challenges while cooking professionally have primed him for a life of preparing 5-star food in beautiful, remote, and off-grid locations.
About Desert Door
