Join us Thursday, November 16th at Vista Brewing's Driftwood ranch as we welcome our friends from Central Texas Mycological Society for a special pairing dinner experience showcasing Texas mushrooms.
Join the November date of Vista's popular pairing dinner events, featuring both beer and wine, and learn about the wide variety of mushrooms which can be grown in Texas.
Vista’s Executive Chef Kyle Barker has created a farm-to-table menu featuring locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. Each course is expertly paired with Texas wines or Vista brews (expect two wines and two beers).
We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome glass and bite before gathering around farmhouse tables for three courses with beverage pairings.

Please note:
- Your ticket is all inclusive of food, beverage and service fees.
- No substitutions for beverages please. Beverages are available for purchase from the regular menu.
- Please note in the ticketing process if you would like to be seated near friends or have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate.
- Please plan to arrive for the Welcome Reception between 6:30 – 6:45p.m. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
