Vista Brewing and William Chris Vineyards have worked together on numerous barrel aged beer projects, and we love to showcase their beautiful, authentic Texas wines at our popular pairing dinner events! This event will feature three wines as well as the newest Vista barrel aged beer, a saison with blackberry and raspberry, aged in William Chris wine barrels!
Vista’s culinary team has created a farm-to-table menu featuring locally sourced produce and sustainable proteins.
We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and glass of bubbly before gathering around farmhouse tables (in the cold AC!) for a three course meal with wine pairings.

- Welcome: William Chris Vineyards Pétillant Naturel Rosé with Savory Summer Melon Prosciutto-wrapped honeydew melon topped with spiced honey, fennel salt
- First: William Chris Vineyards Mourvèdre with Deconstructed Spicy Beef Wontons: Egg noodles, minced beef, spicy chili oil, topped with cilantro and crushed peanuts
- Second: Vista Brewing Barrel Aged Saison with Raspberries & Blackberries with Pork Chop & Peaches: Grilled pork chop with Texas peach glaze pork chop, served with charred farm greens and cauliflower mash
- Dessert: William Chris Vineyards Hunter Red Blend with Smoked Vanilla Ice Cream Sundae: Smoked maple-vanilla ice cream, mission figs in William Chris Vineyards Black Jacque Port, roasted peaches, fried sage
